I am going to take a guess on going by the dates from this thread and previous releases from Nokta/Makro group that its being tested now by those with tight lips God don't give me one I don't know how they can keep a straight face and lie or should I say keep their gobs shut which ever way

Hello. Yes it is planned to be released this year.
However, I cannot give any time frame as it may be misleading. Sometimes one change in the device can result in a delay of a few weeks or even months as it affects a lot of other things

Just saw on a website it is confirmed 3 switchable frequencies with twelve preset modes. So actually 36 preset modes. I believe it's still a single frequency at a time, not all three at once.

Hopefully, one at a time and the ability of being able to select a combination of two frequencies.

They will not run simultaneously - one at a time.

Depends a bit on what size DD's you have planned.

Perhaps
in the 19Khz range a 5x10 - 6x10 size

7-8Khz range 6" and 8" round concentric for coin hunting.

No experience cache hunting at +/- 3Khz so no preference there.
