Nokkta Impact

Haha. Yeah that's true. Just thought they would time it to release at the start of the season like the relic. Maybe they're waiting for the buzz around the relic to die down so they aren't competing with eachother.
Who knows though, maybe they hit some bumps in the road.
Rather them get all the kinks out then get one that has issues. They're really good quality detectors coming from them.
 
I think they are taking their time to get it right and make it the best machine for all of us

I believe you're right.
In reality, I'd rather it be perfect than rush to get it out and have issues.
I'm just impatient. So far the specs I saw make it look like a gamechanger!!!

But it's shocking how much better the nokta /makro are than like the AT pro for example.
Don't know firsthand, but I've been Re a ding alot and it seems like they blow away anything else in that price range and strongly compete with more expensive ones.
 
The only thing the AT Pro has over the Racer line is that it's waterproof, aside from that the Racer1/2 are better machines in all aspects. I used an AT Pro for a few years in conjunction with my F75 LTD, and it was a decent machine, but I always hated that tiny display, I mean come on, they could've ponied up a couple of bucks more and implemented a larger display. Heck they, of all companies, should know that over half their customer base buying those is over 40, and that's when peoples eye sight starts to go :)

its middle of May so they still have 6.5 months before we start calling them Tesoro's :unsure: and I am still funny !! :poke:

Not to stir the pot or anything, but I own both tesoros and a nokta relic.
To me they are 2 different styles of hunting.
Both have their place.
I love my Tesoros for what they are and how they perform. I also love my nokta (even though I have a brand new 10x5.5 elliptical for it that I can't use until I can find a coil cover :-(...)

P.S. anyone that can say if all nokta and makro 10x5.5 are in the same she'll I would appreciate it. I can find the Marko 10x5.5 covers and the fors gold covers, but Noone has the 10x5.5 covers for the "relic coils"
I think they are in the same shell, but would rather not buy for nothing because I don't have a racer or racer 2 I can use the cover on if it doesn't fit...
I hope someone knows!!
 
I don't believe that they made a 10x5.5 coil for the Relic specifically. I think that they made the 10x5.5 for the Gold+ and it is compatible with the Relic. (?)

Perhaps Monte will chime in here and clear that up.

Just can't find the cover anywhere!!
I read someone used a Makro, but unless I hear back I'm not chancing buying it.

Hello. I just emailed you as well. The Fors and Racer 10x5.5 coil covers are the same size and color.
The Fors Gold+ one is the same size but in white.
Hope this helps.

I think they're the same. I know others have said the gold+ coils can be used on relic because both 19 khz but haven't tried it.
Just ordered the racer elliptical coil cover.

Lol. All I saw on kellyco was could for the original fors gold no gold+. I know the gold and gold+ have different frequencies, so I don't think u can use gold coils on gold+ and relic.

I'm sure it will happen this year and it must have deus wondering if its going to take sales from them. Will it have a new kick the deus doesn't have? One thing should be smaller coils but I'm hoping it goes one more step towards better depth that works in iron or a mix. and unmakes to another level? We must keep moving forward not copying other machines....the racer two is a nice example but now we want a different machine that cries for us to have one because it's the next generation of machine...
