I love the two Tesoro's that I have, a Tiger Shark, and a Silver uMax. Your customer service is top notch. Your total lack of nothing new has me looking at other brands including some non-Chinese overseas brands. As stated earlier your poor website is just that, a poor website. Your lack of user info on the website and the outdated manuals you get with your detector are also poor. Do you make great detectors? Yes you do, but you are living in the past. Take a look at the DeLeon and Cortes, the displays are small and a joke. I have seen better displays on high school science fair projects. As mentioned earlier your flagship model should be something that shines and you should be proud of it. Compare your flagship, the Cortes, to the competitors flagships and try not to laugh, it's not even a contest, it's embarrassing. Lets not even talk about that joke the Golden that you still have not corrected. That one to me is just inexcusable and does little for customer confidence of any sort. Also as mentioned earlier why do you put out so many hot and cold detectors? If you really and I mean really cared about your customers and your reputation, all of your detectors would be peaked for max. performance before leaving the door. Adjusting a detector to an acceptable window of limits is just not cutting it because we get detectors at the middle of the window and right at both ends of the window. Peak each one and send us a great detector the first time. There are several people on this forum and another who have complained about different performance levels from the same detector. Right now I feel your great customer service and lifetime warranty are carrying you. That won't last forever.
I don't mean to be too hard on you folks, but as far as new detectors go, you all really need to wake up and smell the coffee before it's too late.
