Tesoro Cazador.... seriously,, what are you all expecting?

I would like to know if you guys are hoping for another BEEP & DIG? or something along the line of a minelab Etrac or a whites V3i type platform,,,seriously if the cazador is another beep and dig, how do you expect it to be more than the Vaquero, Tejon, Cibola, lobo? or any other beep and dig they produce?? This isn't meant to be derogatory or argumentative, just wondering what Tesoro users are expecting? and why?

I want a machine that will show the image of the target. If it is a coin, I want instant grading & valuation next to the depth read out. I want the ability to photograph the item and if I want to post it on this forum, I want a GPS scrambler so my site cannot be located. I want an instant Fed alert in case I'm in an area I unknowingly shouldn't be. The shaft needs to be strong enough in case I need to ward off dogs or humans. I want the ability to change the signal to a high pitched, annoying screech to get rid of that person who needs to know what you lost, or gives the advice, "you ain't gonna find anything here."
The coil should be aero-dynamic so after a hard day of detecting, I can use it as a discus & play Frisbee.
I want a theft device installed. If the machine senses finger prints other than my own, it will explode and cover the person with purple dye. I want a signal that will cause MAJOR disruption to others using non-Tesoro detectors (manual of course).

Only realistic thing you can expect from this flagship machine....is a long wait. Sold all my Tesoros in protest..won't look back. Life is too short.

Tesoro has the best warranty and service in the business. Period

Fisher only offers a 5 year warranty, it's not transferable and has some really strong escape clause language.

You have to pay to ship your warranted detector to them and pay Fisher's cost to ship it back to you.

There's one company that does offer a very short 2 to 3 year warranty that's transferable. Whoopee!

Now what metal detector company has a better warranty than Tesoro? Well lets hear it.

tesoro has to put out a good product to have a lifetime warranty. tested, bugs have to be worked out. once they are satisfied, their sub contractors and them have to tool their factories to produce it. this all takes time and money. i am happy with my vaquero. it works well and i have fun when i can get out. those of you who say, im not waiting for it and buying something else. who really cares if you do. you think tesoro is going to go out of business because you did? i think they have good products now without needing a new line. they have machines that work good and are made well. with numbers of pleased and loyal customers. so, i say either wait or go buy another. just quit moaning about how long it is taking. get off your arses and get out there and have some fun...

Think most of us have and are out there having fun with some machine we own. Its just this forum has stagnated and to keep it going, like Tesoro we are rehashing, but the same old
posts, questions, comments.........

One of our guys on the Australian Forum had to send his CZ21 in for repair.
This is what he found out from Fisher. I don't think he had any reason to lie as, his unit was repaired.
I took his story as fact but, if i am wrong then Fisher is fair in their warranty on this part

ok...I understand now. Demo unit warrenties. I got the same treatment on a demo CoinStrike I purchased that I had to send in. I was expecting the normal warrenty but for demo purchases they go from date of mfg. If you buy a new in box unit, they go from invoice date. Don't ask me to explain it
