So Jesus lied at John 3:13? Explain...red letter edition

No, He did not lie. Jesus was saying that no man had ever ascended or descended from heaven under their own power and will from the passage. The only one who has ever ascended/descended to heaven in His own power and authority, is the One who originated in heaven. Consider the source who is better qualified to do the speaking about heaven. Consider Nicodemus on how he only could comprehend earthly things. They ascended to Heaven but did not come back to testify what they had seen. Elijah and Moses came back but only spoke to Jesus on the Mount of transfiguration, and no one else. (Matthew 17:1-5.)

Jesus plainly said "no man has ascended into heaven." Quite clear. I don't know where you are getting that Elijah is in heaven.

2 Kings 2:11. Paul in 2 Corinth speaks a level of Heaven. The stars above the earth is considered a heaven. Beyond that, I believe is Gods headquarters. Jesus was the ladder back and forth.
