New from Fisher
Maybe they're using some of that ingenious Bounty Hunter technology.:confused:
A moronic statement from the depths of cluelessness.

Actually, many of the BH models are based on George Payne designs and represent an excellent cost/performance ratio. And, the better-featured models are at least equal in performance to entry/mid level detectors from the more "prestigious" brands.

But, besides all that there is the Teknetics T2 which is at least equal to the best detectors available and many feel it is the best.

Yes your right. And the T-2 has the best see thru trash ability I have ever seen up to NOW!
It is a very nice unit, fits well in your arm and hand, light weight and easy to use, found it does very well on depth.
So anyway, lets hope that the New Fisher can outdo all!!

in a trash laden site with the large coil? Is a smaller coil available for the T-2? Kelley (Texas) :)

But, even with the standard coil, the T2's ultra fast response time makes for easier target separation than you would expect from such a large coil.

EC

It does very well with the stock coil, as it can read right thru the trash.
As for the smaller coil, I am not sure that the T-2 has one, or will.

Yes, maybe so! But any new and great technology to get a detector out here that is truly better, and can Id even deeper than the norm for most, would be very welcome.!

If it doesn't impress, then they might as well call it the T Flounder. Cause that's about what it'll do.
But I'm sincerely hoping that it will be the greatest thing since....uh....well....the last greatest thing. What ever that was.
If it is, then I'll be there in line. Hopefully close to the front. Anybody want to scalp their position in line to me? Assuming your ahead of me in line of course. HH

:laugh::laugh::laugh:this is TEKNETICS T2 ---BELIVE ME:laugh::lmfao:
JUST LOOK AT teknetics & .....................................

..., if it's any consolation, I think "The General" did you a favor by bringing this detector up. I don't know if that was the plan but it sure seemed to attract some attention and us T2 owners are interested too.
