Be honest "Please".............I have a reason for asking.

I have not found a single silver coin, I am primarily a beach detector. I did however find on IH penny and it was a surprise in my own driveway.

I've found silver, but I have NEVER found an Indian.:cry:

It took me more years than I will admit to find my first Injun ,
silver and large cents yes, but no Injun , I was feeling cursed
Last year I found 4 and was prouder of them than all the silver .

Even though I have only been back in this hobby a few months I have searched a variety of places. Parks, beaches, empty lots, etc., and I have not found silver yet. And for that matter the oldest coin I have found so far is a 1950D penny.

I've been in the Hobby a short time, about six or seven months.2 Silver Quarters 1964&1940.about 8 wheat backs, oldest 1928

I was finally in a position last year about 8 months ago to purchase my first detector. With much searching and learning on here, I made my decision and would ante up some $700 for my new rig. I am very happy with that purchase and everything that I have found with it. I have not dug silver yet but I have high hopes for this year. ;)

I have only been detecting a short time. I will share that I bought a Bounty Hunter about 3 or 4 years ago, took it out one time, brought it home put it away. This past December, the first week, I decided to get it out one afternoon. Went to a local park about 2 blocks from my house. I spent about 2 hours and fould lots of clad, then I found a ladies Sterling Silver and Ametyst ring.

A week before Christmas, I go to the same park, find a few more clad and one mans heavy 10k and onyxn ring.

Nope haven't found any silver coins though. Just that Sterling Silver ring. No Indianhead cents, no Large cents, no Standing Liberties............. just some clad and those 2 rings.

Your mailing address. I will send you one piece of Silver. You can bury it, air test it, or what ever you want to do. You can learn the sound of Silver on your particular machine. I have been blessed and found hundreds of pieces..But on my first machine, a detectorist gave me a piece of Silver . Just so I could learn the sound, or the little subtle difference Silver made..I am paying back..................I will not consider anyone who has found any type of Silver..So your honesty is a big plus here. In fact I am counting on it...
