What detector did you start with.

it worked well for me and my brother, finding us several silver coins including a 1922 silver dollar. but we really wanted to get more depth and have a more accurate machine, so we upgraded to the White's XLT. best purchase we ever made. we have found easily 10x more than what we would have ever found with the bounty hunter. im not rippin on the quick draw II, its a great starter machine, but compared to something as great as an XLT, its no comparison!! :whites:

Bought it, like new, around 1972. Carried in the trunk of my car while I was in the Army. Still have it today but gets little use. No discrimination. Use IDX Pro now.

I started out 'tectin' with a BHTrackerIV. Still a great little machine for starters. It's easy to use and very lightweight. I now ues a XLPRO , a little heavier and alot more powerfull.

Started out with a radio shack microna  Couldnt find a thing, then went to a Wilson-Neuman Daytona 5000:rofl: Finally went to a WHITES and been swingin WHITES ever since:detecting:
