1st.. You are a newer poster to the Findmall Forums and you haven't provided any really constructive comments in this Makro thread. If there was something specifically wrong with a Makro product you had, if you had one, then clarify what it was and what you did, if anything, to resolve the issue.
2nd.. I really don't care how long you or anyone claims to have been involved in this great sport because I know quite a few people who got their first detector maybe 20-30 years ago and I have a grandchild who could explain more about the detector operation and field use to many of them. They just are not really into learning about detectors or detecting. I also have several friends who have been at it for 4-6 years and have a very solid knowledge about detector operation and, like the rest of us who are Avid Detectorists, they are always willing to learn more to improve their knowledge and skills.
3rd.. And while on the mention of grandchildren, I know several of mine and I'm sure many other readers have youngsters in their family tree, who can formulate better, more constructive posts than you do, and use proper spelling and punctuation. I had a wife who, while a good gal, was dyslexic and couldn't spell well, and because of that she couldn't read well since many relatively simple words confused her. Maybe you suffer the same problem and you just haven't been able to read or understand the User Manual to learn how to properly set up and operate the Racer series models? It would seem quite possible because they are very well engineered detectors that have proven themselves with superb in-the-field performance in a wide range of hunting environments. In addition, their manuals are well organized and written.
I usually do not respond to posts and address people like you, but this time I just find you quiet annoying to me and many avid users of Makro products and those who have a serious interest in them. Findmall has over 60 different Forums you can go to and bother others. If a Findmall moderator wants to wake up to the happenings here, they ought to ban you for being an annoyance, and I know you won't be missed.
Please, just go away. Spend some time reading and learning about the Makro Racer and other Makro and Nokta products because you will NOT find any other manufacturer who has the same level of presence on any Forum and direct monitoring and commitment by the manufacturer as we have from the Nokta / Makro Team.
