Single vs Multi who wins?

Don’t doubt what you saw or didn’t see a bit Terry. The internet is frought with disinformation, bloopers or just plain lies. Check out his video on Sept 25th under the Equinox forum titled Using the Manticore on the Beach. He supposedly buried a little gold broach 9” and sets up the machine and says you are goinna crap when I dig this thing up. Well that never happens in the video. No dig. Sounds great. I hunted the Florida Atlantic and gulf beaches with both the Manticore and the D2. Also buried my Gold 14 k size 13 wedding band 9” deep. Set up both low& high conductor programs and nothing. Neither detector could see it. I kept sensitivity low on both and tried to pull out the target without with fine tuning both machines. I could have easily lost my ring if I hadn’t put a string on it. I have tried other tests in volley ball sand courts here and usually end up going to the gold programs that use pitch to find deep items. And yes I do find some surprisingly small deep targets in sand and even small gold chains. I did watch his video looking for a better setup. His program didn’t work for me. My son lives in Lakeland he is my chauffeur when I visit.

Welp next time you're up this way.
Drop me a line. If I feel good enough I'll hangout with you guys and hopefully do a little digging.

I recently picked up a V3i.
Bit anxious to give it a run.
Been poking around the yard with it a little bit.
Hoping to find my wife's cross she lost.

When I purchased the Manticore.
I was hoping that 2D screen would be a bit like my old Explorer xs screen. Nope.
Maybe an update will have the old screen available.

Updates like new coils are few and far apart. One can always hope so we won’t keep searching for the magic wand. Seems the V3i has a lot of interest.
