Problems loggin in to Xchange 2

It must be a rolling blackout type of issue. I still have access, but last time other complained, I eventually lost the ability to log in too.

Still working here in Myrtle Beach. I was involved at a limited level with the transition
of one IntraTerminal system change with a trucking company and we had to run 2 systems
simultaniously. The old system and the system we were going to. However, like when we
brought in the area of the southeast, Fl. Ga. Ala. SC NC Tn Va La etc...., we would have to
take those states entirely off line for a matter of 1 to 2 days and that was with a team of hundreds
of people who were working at the General Office Mainframe that was to run the new system and
those who were working locally at terminals in those states, approx 45, to change over to the new
local modems and monitors and wiring those in to the new network. The new switch over could be
complete in all the states and all the terminals except for one and the new system could not be turned
on until every last modem was working. I think this is what is happening at a much slower, less manpowered
rate. It may go off here again tomorrow, but eventually, it will all be up and running as it should.

MY PERSONAL OPINION IS THIS: THEY ARE ADDING SOMETHING TO THIS SYSTEM THAT IS NOT
AVAILABLE ON THE 3030 BUT WILL POWER A LATER POSSIBLY 4040 VERSION??????WHO KNOWS.

Hope this helps somebody. it was very frustrating getting same message every try..:stretcher:

I can log in now.
My avg was still complaing about exchange, but I created an exception since I figured minelab would have fixed the problem by now if it was a legitimate virus.
I suspect avg didn't like the fact that exchange was phoning home as they say.....Something a virus might be inclined to do.

You the man Gabby. I had to do that same exception on AVG a while back but since run
my AVG several times since it has come back on line and am having no problems logging in.

New in the forum here. New to the CTX also. I only own apple computers and of course the xchange does not work with my pc. I'm sure there is an update to be installed too. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need to buy a used microsoft laptop? Thanks Nick.

i cant login or use it either has minelab not fixed this? their software worked on this pc for a while. ive wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get it to work.

does anyone have this problem still? in usa?

In USA also and couldn't log into it yesterday. This happens from time to time. No idea what causes it but ML usually fixes it within a couple of days.

ITs been so long since I logged in, I can't tell if their system is down or if I forgot the password.
