Here it is...my BEST find ever...now set in 14K...just as I promised:cheers:

Thanks Phil. You might see it sooner than you think:thumbup:....'cause I just ordered a Lesche mini pick digger tool. As soon as the weather warms up in a couple of months....I'm not waiting the extra 2 or 3 weeks for the ground to thaw. :clapping:

What a great story. You can bet your Mom is always with you.

Really looks nice Bryce! I'm glad you could get it made!!

I see it often and it looks great bud. As soon as the snow melts we will find some more deep ones. Tell your dad hi. I haven't seen him for a couple months.

That is so moving, i know you will find comfort in wearing your very special token, the whole result of the necklace is great he did a magnificent job thanks for sharing. It's nice to know it makes you feel good it is really special.

Cheers Maureen..

Very nice Bryce your Mon would have loved it.

Bryce...awesome story buddy. I too lost my Mom a few years back. Very difficult time to say the least. I hope that necklace fills your heart with fond memories whenever you look at it.

THATS TOTALLY COOL BRYCE. GOOD TO KNOW THAT FAMILY IS ALWAYS #1 REGUARDLESS. NOW YOU KNOW MOM IS WITH YOU NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS. GIVE HER A NICE PLACE WHEN YOUR NOT WEARING THAT JEWEL. HH

I'm very moved by your story. I totally pictured the sun's light and how, at that moment, it must have touched you right in your soul. That's awesome. What a moment to have experienced all to yourself. Just for you. Very special.

I know this post is old, but this is the first time I have seen it...
What a great find, and what a great way to honor and remember your Mom...

HH,

I am sorry for your loss and I think you did the perfect thing with that medallion.
Well done.

Bryce, I missed this post too, so I wanted to say my bit as well...Great find, great chain now, and more importantly great thoughts of your mom...

Beautiful Bryce. I registered on this forum in late '08 and I remember you sharing what you were going through over the next year. It gave me an insight as to what type of person you are. May Mom stay close to your heart!
The day my Dad passed in '09 I had to get out for awhile and be by myself. I went to a pounded "go to" spot just to pass time. I surprisingly popped a Merc and I was so hoping it would be a 1918 (Dad's birth year). It wasn't, but I immediately thought of you and your "Best find".
Bruce

Awww Bryce...I never knew about this. That is the most special story ever. What a terrific idea to forever have it with you as a momento of your truly wonderful mother. You must have been very close and I couldn't think of a better way for you to remember her constant presence. Thank you for sharing that obviously difficult but touching story.
