Favorite Tesoro

About a month ago I bought a Compadre with the small coil. 2 weeks later I bought a Bandido ll Micromax on Ebay. 4 days ago I bought a Mojave from Rusty. When the Bandido ll came in, I sent it to Tesoro to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. It wasn't, and they made it right. I work away from home 28 days at a time and have only used the Compadre. The other 2 are at home waiting for me to get back. I own detectors from Fisher, Technetics, AKA and DetectorPro. Everyone of them have been used in my front yard numerous times for testing purposes and actively hunting targets for 10 plus years. Being tired of all the "bell and whistles" detectors for the moment, I bought the Compadre. I took it in the front yard and an hour later had 2 copper pennies and one dime. First coins to come out of the yard in years. One penny had 3 nails of assorted sizes in the hole, one had 4, and the dime had 2. They were all less the 3 inches deep and in an area where all my Digital machines would overload and be useless. So being that I have only used the Compadre as this time, It is my favorite Tesoro detector. Really looking forward to getting back to the basics with these Tesoro machines.

Just received my new to me Sand Shark this evening. So as of this evening the Sand Shark is my favorite Tesoro. Sure hope the PI learning curve goes smooth.
