Alright kids. The DFA crew is headed out! We'll be arriving in New England Sunday for the adventure of a life time. I'll be constantly updating this thread throughout the duration of the trip. See ya on the flip side!

Come and get it

Thanks guys!

Good luck man! I was thinking the other day how I wish I could go hunting with CT Todd and GKMAN.....should be fun!

It's on, good luck to you and the DFA crew, enjoy it.
Jon

We're very lucky! see them soon!

Aren't you supposed to be in the air?

Good luck to b you and your crew back East Dr.Tones! Let the rest of us Westerners know what we're missing out west when it comes to old coins & relics, looking forward to some excellent videos! I'm sure you'll all have a blast! Next fall I'll be taking my detector back to Maryland to do some hunting when my wife and I go back to see her family, I can't wait to hunt back there, hopefully I can track down some members from the area for a hunt too. LG & HH

I'll try VT.. I only had like an hour and a half to detect yesterday since I had to get to work... It hurt real bad to have to leave everyone else on such a nice day...... Like Todd mentioned in another thread regarding yesterday, I am hoping the Dirt Fishin America crew are the ones that make some great discoveries today

Day two. New England hunt.
Dr. Tones- 1853 large cent, no date large cent, 1859 "fatty" Indian head, 1890 Indian head, unidentified coin (possibly a 2 cent piece, various flat buttons, skeleton key.
Pickhead- 1905 Indian head, 1912 barber dime, various flat buttons.
Dirt Digler- no date Indian head, pocket watch back, Chinese coin, and various flat buttons. Thanks again to GKman and CTtodd! What a great couple dudes!

Day three. Just my take. Worked for them today. Thanks again to GKman for getting us on this honey hole

hey tones, are you going to be doing a video of this trip? I am just curious because I am going to stop looking at this thread if so. I want to be in suspense while watching the video...:yo:

Haha! Yes hour + long documentary :) our day today was epic! Pics to come! Best hunt of my life hands down. I'll post a collective pic in a bit but here's one of a couple of my finds for now.
