:clapping:GARRETT'S NEW ATX PI DETECTOR VIDEO

IMO......... If The iron discrimination works correctly.......... and you get the deep PI depth............It's somewhat stable on a salt water beach............ Any average beach Hunter would pay the asking $2k off in no time

If it meets those conditions, it would just about eliminate the need for another machine. Unless of course you want to dive with it or need better discriminator options.

I think I'll shoot for spring/summer to buy. I really do not want to sell any of my babies that I have now to get one.

no doubt the recon and atx are different and the atx is an improvement. The question I have is how different? night and day different or atpro compared to atgold different? I wonder if they are locking the coils in programming or what because the 8" and 20" coils for the atx look like dead ringers for the coils from the recon.

The ATX and the RE Con Pro AML 1000 are different. Talking to Garrett Monday the coils will not interchange, Amx will go deeper, more adjustments
The AML was made before the minelab CTX 30/30. The ATX will be able to use 3 coils the new 10 x 12" Double D coil standard 8"mono and the 15 x 20" mono. Will be out in October Basic unit $2120.75 w/ 10 x 12" DD With the Deepseeker package 15 X 20 $2546.56 is what I know now. Have 3 weeks to come up with the money If I get one this fall. My intended uses are detecting deep sand beaches(in Iowa), old out houses, septic tanks, old farm machinery, culverts, brass survey markers 2 to 3 feet deep, and of coarse caches. Hope to be able to use in buildings-house-cellars-basements with dirt floors If I can't get one now then I'll save up for Spring.

Have to get my AT Pro out and find a dozen or 2 gold rings or one 3 carat diamond ring to help pay for the ATX.

It will be out sometime in Oct 2013 Garrett told me...
