A LITTLE POLL...HOW MANY ARE GOING TO PURCHASE A 350 AND HOW MANY AN AT PRO???

Going to wait for some reviews on it to see if it's up to snuff. Will have to read between the lines of those ( I got a dime at 2 feet reviews) and get down to the hard facts before I buy it.

Since I only bought my 250 last spring, I''m not in the market for a new one yet, but that double D coil...hmmm......

I sold my Lake Looter a year ago because I didn't use it in the water for a year. I decided someone else could get some use out of it. But what do you know - I had at least 6 trips this year where I could have used an underwater VLF machine! I was kicking myself in the butt for selling it! I will buy the AT Pro without any field report as I know it will be very well tested. It will be sweet to just haul around one machine on trips and such. When my buddies are wrapping plastic around their machines in rain I'll be digging! I never liked the environmental covers anyway.

I think the USA is out of luck if they want a ATPro by the coinage and depth scale on the face plate....I'm holding out for a new top o the line!!! But I'll prob get a 350 though..!
And at least Ill get me one of those new DD coils for my GTI 2500.

If the AT Pro works in salt water/sand I'm buying it!
Has similarities to Fisher gold bug se which some say is good in salt
I'm happy with my ACE250 and I really like Garrett so I can't wait.

:usaflag:If I had to choose between the two, it would be the AT Pro..

I have the intentions to purchase a 350, just waiting on email informing me they are in-stock. My 250 is 3-4 years old, and while it still works like new, I was wanting a back-up/loaner anyways. If I don't hear from the dealer soon (within the next week or 10 days), I'll just wait to read some user reviews. If I don't like what I read, I'll just pass in the event the dealer even contacts me.

I actually had plans to buy a Tesoro about the time the 350 was announced, so if the 350 "doesn't happen" for whatever reason, I'll likely still go that route. Not that I'm unhappy with Garrett, I love my 250 and ProPointer, just still being relatively new to the hobby, I thought I'd experiment a bit brand-wise.

I don't think the US is out of luck.

AT PRO after some reviews but It might be worth waiting. The AT looks nice and has some features that I like but Garrett might come out with a high end machine.
