    Coins & Jewelry mode w/tone id on, gain @ 15 Went out beeping at a hunted out park. Lots of trash probably discouraged others from staying put. Removed some trash for this beauty to show up at 5-1/2 inch depth. If your digging old stuff, good old stuff has to be there too.

    EMI and the V3

    I have had very good depth under power lines with the two inch wide bidfoot coil from Jimmy Sierra. Not as deep as a regular coil but down to six inches in moist soil.

    07/06/2009 I was in the woods hunting an old home site, found six wheat cents with oldest an 1918, next came a dateless Buffalo nickel with this beauty but six feet from it. A nice 14-K wedding band about three inches deep. My first gold with my Vision and it wont be my last.
