    Your Equinox silver count for the year?

    Rest up, get well, and be ready for detecting when you are able. Happy? Holidays. Also most of my silvers are in ring and bracelet form. Out west we don't get a lot of silvers per say in coin form. I know some do, but not most of whom I detect or associate with.

    I love my 600 but am always open to a new technology or a new detector with promise. Minelab has always acted afraid of competition from any other company eating away at their monopoly. With the x-terra they would falsely say after market coils wouldn't work when in reality sometimes they were...

    Dilek said and adapter was necessary to use wired waterproof headphones. Is the Legend line going to have their own waterproof wired headphones, or can say the Simplex ones be used with the adapter?

    I'd be skeptical for awhile and dig almost everything until I had confidence in the Legend. That's just me though, not wanting to miss a target.

    I hope you're right. Wonder if the Simplex wired waterproof headphones will work or maybe they'll have new ones for the Legend. Guess we will see, shortly.

    Delik was a little fuzzy on the wired headphones. I believe she said you would need an adapter to use them but didn't say you could use waterproof headphones and would the adapter still make the whole unit then waterproof. Looks like this was an after thought.

    In the Minelab The Minelab manual clearly states "don't tell how good the 600 and 800 Equinox are with the Minelab 6" coil." Great hunt. Really the best combination so far for hunting in trash that I've used. It's not bad at the beach or in the surf either. More good luck to you.
