What name brand do you believe has found more coins, gold, relics and or treasure?

First Texas , Parent company of Fisher, Technetics, Bounty Hunter might just be fine with making low budget detectors. Seems to be bread and butter for them . They haven’t brought a high end detector to market in years. First Texas has many other ventures … note vision , optics , etc . They...

900 Park 2 is really deep, but useless for me

Most detectors give an accurate VDI number down to about 8” inches. Beyond that Actual IDs tend to drop off ….. just my opinion even when using my D2. I have never seen a video of how accurate the VDIs are ? Usually just an audio sound is produced. Maybe someone could do an accuracy test . ...

Wsa11 fix , if you don’t like backphones

I should have said auxiliary cord . 8” is the shortest I could find . So as not to have a cord all rolled up and attached. The 8” cord can be wrapped neatly. The cord is 3.5mm or 1/8”…… $6.00 plus shipping….fee Bay 😃

    Question for Simplex users .

I need input on the SP22 and SP24 coils . If you have both, which one do you feel does a better job for depth/ separation?? Any input??

    Need your input??

What Analog detector would you consider to be the best EMI resistant?? I have some thoughts, but am interested in what everyone thinks. It doesn’t have to be a new model detector . Thanks in advance! 😃 HH Tony

Wsa11 fix , if you don’t like backphones

Yes , I didn’t like the quest (puck accepting) headphones in the summer time. These headphones are much lighter and they make me sweat as much. Found them on feebay . $25 , an excellent price and the quality was remarkable.

    Pinpointer question

I have the 2 of the grey Minelab 25 pinpointers and have never had any issue with them. Works great every time. I have two , if anyone is interested. It’s over on the detector accessories forum. HH Tony

    Single or multiple owners

I only use one detector. That way I focus directly with it. I don’t want to have to learn 2 detectors. I will soon purchase another detector to have on hand with the purpose of allowing the possibility of the landowner / homeowner to use just in case. It might help get me on sites that might...

Wsa11 fix , if you don’t like backphones

Wsa11fix , I purchased an 8” ox cord off fee- bay and some command strips from Walmart. The headphones are a wireless set $25, they have great audio and are much smaller and lighter than the quest / puck adapter headphones.

I'm going back in time instead of moving forward

I loved the cz 5 but the weight was getting to me , I had a bad injury, then total c2-c7 neck fusion. I had to find a lightweight detector, hence the D2 Ws6 master. 88junior if it works for you !! That’s all you need!!!! HH Tony

    Returning Detectorist! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Hello Rich , right now is a great time to get back into detecting. With several new releases of high end detectors, the used market has lots of excellent priced detectors to be had !! Glad you are back in the hobby, it’s great therapy to detect all day long !HH Tony

Another new entry into the multi-frequency ring...

There isn’t a lot of them sold here . I have a set of there headphones that accept XPpucks and they are of good quality. And just tonight I just saw where Andy Sabisch has a review on the quest 60/80. Maybe they are ok??

Another new entry into the multi-frequency ring...

Definitely research the company that makes these detectors. There are Chinese companies duplicating and modifying detectors, then rebadging with a completely new look. Just a heads up !

Analysis of a one way signal?

The best way to know is dig a few of those one way signals. I usually don’t dig one way signals. If I turn 90 degrees and can’t get a repeatable signal, I move on.The D2 is very telling. Listen carefully to all your audio sounds. If you hear iron buzz coming off of a target, it is likely deep...

    CZ6a Lemons?

Over the years the CZs depth reports seemed a little far fetched to me . I used CZ5 and CZ7a and CZ70 pro over the last 28 years and all of my CZs would air test with max sensitivity 4 on analog and 6-8 on the digitals, and would report 8-9 “ in air. The in ground reports from my test garden...

Where Are The New Fisher Models ?

I understand, the purpose is to make money. I made outstanding finds with my Fisher CZs. Just wish they would bring something to challenge the high end XPs, Nokta, MLs …… to spend my money $$$ on US made detectors .🇺🇸😃🇺🇸
