    Two Cents Worth

Returned to a site that gives up an occasional keeper. Today I thought I was gonna get skunked then on my way to the truck to leave popped this 1867 two cent. Made my day.

    Silver Fix

Been hitting the fields for old home sites last few weeks and only managed to find some wheaties and Indians, today I decided to get a silver fix so I hit a one room Schoolhouse and managed a couple of silvers.

    My 1st Fatty 1864

I was using a Apex both times, found an 1893 O Barber half last year then had to wait until the beans were cut this year.

    My 1st Fatty 1864

I've found large cents and regular Indians but the Fatties eluded me until today. Hit a site I haven't been to for a year. Also found a cuff and flat button.

    Scorched Kennedy Half Dollars

Found these at a homesite where the house burned years ago. Chose to take a wire wheel to them as they have no collector value.

    Nice Barber Quarter today

Very pleased with it, nicest one I've found. The 1896 O was almost as good. Amazing for a 30 foot tearout I'm glad he's taking his time on it.

    Nice Barber Quarter today

Fourth quarter from a short sidewalk tearout. So far I've gotten a 1953, a 1896, and a 1874 and this 1916. All quarters, no dimes two V nickels and several Indian Cents and Wheaties. Also some neat relics.

    3 1/3 cent trade token

It was from a local business about 20 miles from where I found it but haven't found anything on it so far, the town is divided by two counties so may take a while to track it down and find what type of business it was.
