Had a short hunt tonight with Rob (moderator) and managed to corral one little piece of silver a 1919 Mercury Dime.. it's the oldest Mercury I've ever found and at about 7 inches down, an interesting little find.

Using Magic's program w/out any real tweaking 10 inch DD coil.

Rob picked up a silver dime as well, and a pile of clad.

Thanks for taking the time to read/look. Thanks Rob for taking the time to come out for a little joint hoop swinging.

Congratulations to both of you guys.

I wish there was silver to be found in Ventura, but alas I dont think there is. I think all the silver turned into pull tabs because they are everywhere..... :( GREAT FIND!!

Thanks.. I'd encourage you to go towards LA I was out there earlier this year and did well on Clad..and picked up my first silver of the year there.
I hunt parks mostly, and many of them I hunt in are considered "hunted" out but I don't let that stop me, I'm to optimistic and the V3 is the machine to do it.
good luck!! :)
