Yeah I've known guys like that who had no neck. Their head just grew out of their shoulders. 
The Clan often carried their crap a little to far. You know back in their day Oregon had the largest band of them in the U.S. - over 35,000. When I first moved here the population was 97% white. Now it's 97% Mexican. HAA. We had no clan where I lived in Illinois. The Mafia didn't tolerate them. 
I could just see the clan telling some Mafioso they didn't like the way he talked. Bye Bye hooded one.
