Searched a mid-1800's homesite yesterday. House is no longer there. Found the following: my first spur, a machete, a large file, dog tag, padlock w/bullet hole in it, large hook, horse bit, and a 1919D wheat penny.
 
I like the padlock with the bullet hole. I only thought they did that in the movies. :lmfao:
