Y'all aint gonna believe this...but its TRUE!

Thanks guys...Yeah...I'm hurting this am!...I way overserved myself yesterday after that score! :sadwalk::buds::stretcher:

But I was up and at 'em again at 4:30am...'dropped my Smock and grabbed my Crocs' and headed out! :lmfao:

Pulled into a school and hit the chip totter, got there right at 6am...discovered I'd left the F70 turned on all night!, had to do a battery change! :rofl: Evidently, in my zeal to get out of that place yesterday, I had forgotten this one little item! :heh:

I Found some coins in the totter, then walked around the locked Football field...outside the fence, there was a lot of toilet paper slung all over the place in the parking lot, those big rolls they use in schools kind of thing?...On a hunch, I went over to the bathroom door, right by the main locked entrance, and sure enough, it was unlocked! And sure enough, the door on the other end that leads into the stadium was too! :thumbup: So I went in and helped myself to this dirty clad!...It felt like I'd been there for hours, my head still hurt so bad, stooping down to stab a coin, it felt like the top of my head was going to come off! So I staggered back to the car and it was only 7:30!

I called it a day though...too tipsey to enjoy myself! I tell you, one of the most interesting things about this Sport is using your senses to evaluate a place based upon what you see, and then wading in with the rig to see if your assessment was correct! Tumbling clad, getting ready to do a coinstar run after tomorrows haul..!. What a great weekend so far! Hope y'all get out and into something interesting!:beers:

must have been hard going back to coins after yesterday's fun and games! at least you remembered to take the detector with you yesty :biggrin:

I will be back out tomorrow to add to my mountain of aluminum crap :jump: and who knows I might get lucky.

but might have to get a F70 as F19 doesn't find notes well not yet anyway :nopity:

She has sort of accepted this daily 'Sport' ritual of mine...although she rolls her eyes when I talk about my 'addiction' in a public setting, as if I should be ashamed? I really dont get it? I'm up and gone and home generally before shes even awake! Gotta pot of coffee on hot and fresh even! Dog fed, walked and watered! I dont golf or sit around in a bar all day, I dont chase winsome flaxen haired floozys, mainly on account of I cant dance, and cant stay up late either..heck, I still work for Petes sake!...Must be one of those mysterious girl things, they just cant stand to see a Man enjoying himself!:rofl: This windfall should buy me some detecting time to get me through the Summer I reckon without a lot of crap from Her...A guys got to hunt right? I better find some gold quick though, something she likes that fits, Fall is my favorite time to hunt metal..:rofl:

have you caught a look in a window of a shed or something of what you look like when detecting swinging the wand ? I have and wonder what others see but I must say even I think I look like a bit of a &*(*^ but hey I am having fun so I forgo my vanity in favour of my fun :wiggle:

yeah I don't know how the man woman thing works to hard for me so I quit and went detecting :lmfao:

AJ! I decided long ago what other people might think of me will not affect the way I think of myself! :rofl: Me and her have been married over 35 yrs...so as you can imagine, she has seen it all...although, she has NEVER seen this much jewelry come out of me in all that time until I started detecting!:lmfao:

yes good idea Mud and I agree, I have mates who won't come with me guess they are not interested but secretly I think they are worried about what others will think of them, and so yes want to let go of inhibitions buy a detector it really has helped me let go of what others may think :clapping:

wow 35 years that's a long time to do anything so well done and I am sure your wife likes all the goodies, every time I see my niece I give here a new ring to wear I think she is scared to wear them because she see's what I find and I just say wear it and enjoy it if you lose it doesn't matter I will find you a new one :bouncy:

detecting is a good thing for many reasons and keeping the wife in new jewels is as good a reason as any :biggrin:

so yep have fun out there !!
