I have a deus with x35 11" I want to get an orx for my son what coil choice should I choose?

XP ORX coil?

It all depends on the type hunting your son will be doing with the ORX. The ORX can use both HF coils and also the X35 coils. Seeing as how you already have the X35 11" and the Bigger coil is probably too much for you son, that leaves the 9" X35, the HF 9" , or the 5X9.5" HF Elliptical coils. The 9" round HF coils is a great all around coil on the ORX. The Elliptical would be my choice if you mostly used it for nugget hunting, but for Coins, jewelry, and relics, I'd go with one of the 9" coils. OK, I recommend the 9" white HF Round coil. That way he can go along behind you and get everything you miss with the X35.

I agree with Tom.....The 9" HF white coil is my preferred choice. I think you will really like it.
First choice: 9" h.f.-----Second choice: 9.5X5" h.f.
