I know it's not much but how much interest you think the detector shop is making on the money he gets from prepaid orders that take months to get in. I know of one shop that has 25 prepaid at least. That's almost 40,000.00 collecting interest.
 
The interest would depend on where they put the money, a bank account pays about .2%, I believe Discover pays 1% (I could be wrong) crypto pays -20% because it is falling like a rock. So if the dealer were to put the $40k in a bank, he/she would get $6 a month. So they are not getting rich, remember they had to pay the credit card fees that are substantially higher.

But the catch is what you pay to the credit card company that you used @18%=$29 a month

Like you said, not much. Plus some may even give discounts, won't comment further on that.
 
I didn't Pre-Pay and won't.
My dealer called me yesterday and said he received a call from XP distributing,
The first shipment will be getting here by the end of the month and the next one by the end of February.
This first shipment will be small' but the next one will be better.
I don't think a lot of us will be getting ours in the first shipment, but there will be a bunch of testers out there letting us know what they think.
 
Financial interest on your money? None. Did they bill your credit card? Not cool to bill you before they've shipped it.
 
With my preorder I feel like I’m the tiny headed zombie when Betelgeuse swaps his 24,564,899 waiting ticket for the zombies 2 ticket.

Probably went and bought some gold with that cash! lol I wont preorder and wait I have plenty of cash set aside until then I was out finding silver with my equinox!

I paid for mine up front and don’t know how many are in line before me. I ordered early December- I think my dealer started taking orders late November. I asked where I was on the list, but didn’t get an answer. Id hate to think someone on a list that hasn’t paid would be ahead of someone who already has paid but I don’t think it works that way. Went through same thing with Equinox- that was a 5 month wait. Almost 2 on this so far.

Happy 😃 face for you - Like bonepicker, I ordered from that very dealer in early December and at this point hoping to receive one from batch 2.
😞 therefore it’s a Sad face for me!
