Hear, hear... to this I agree... there is a lot of knowledge and good fellowship among those that post and those that view the posts need to feel welcome and encouraged to participate... We all learn from each other... I know I have!, and it is a "win-win."
 
Gosh... I'm getting old and forgetful... I have peaked... Now it is everyone who is reading this thread to continue. I'm learning from everyone. I hope B.T keeps on posting his great stuff. Also, the others from "Down-Under." Their experience and knowledge is priceless.
