Not sure if you're an ebay person or not, was a few reasonable priced ones there as of recent, and I saw a few ultimate's for sale used from various metal detecting forums.
 
Mike I have a White Ultimate I would sell you if your interested send me a PM. Also have an X-1 I would sell. I would give you a deal if you took both.

Looking for the Etrac as well, you have one?
 
If you cant find an eTrac, I have a SE with a SEF 10 x 12 coil

. Shows use but works as it should. Includes, 4 batteries, 2-AA and 2 rechargeable with 2 chargers. Re-chargeable capacity is iffy as they have been sitting for a couple of years. Control unit cover and manual. $450 shipped. PayPal F&F

Thanks Donna but my buddy is wanting a Etrac
 
and.....if your buddy is not familiar with FBS machines an wants to get his feet wet without as much customizing, I have a Safari for sale listed.
