Woo Hoo! I just weighed in at a slim 186, started out at 228, lost 42 pounds so far :clapping:

really was easy, all I had to do was change my diet, (Eat nothing out of a can accept tuna, eat fresh when you can get it, eat fresh fish when you can get it ;) and most of all, don't eat Oatmeal :rofl: just kidding on that last one, I plan to start eating that lumpy Oatmeal soon, I just can't pull the trigger yet :thumbdown:)

I'm having my Thanksgiving dinner tonight instead of Thursday, if I eat that big dinner on Thursday that will only leave me 4 days to lose the weight from the dinner before I see my doctor the following Tuesday so I decided to have it now and have 8 days to lose that weight before I see my doctor, I think she likes me :inlove: and I don't want to disappoint her :biggrin:
