Why should I....

Rob,
You have a post below saying you are "Getting concerned now". Have you worked out your problems/concerns then?

Rob,
I mean feedback from UK,

THEN ADDRESS THE PEOPLE IN THE UK ! ! !

What a joke..The UK just had the big hoard found with an EAGLE ! = 14 or 15 year old detector.

hi delta !!! not so concerned now !!! was down to a few elements such as frequency selection (which was obvious really) The V has much to learn but having had it a couple of months now and used it in many different conditions it is starting to really shine. I understand UK conditions are very different and at the mo i am praying for rain as the ground here is so dry it just aint worth bothering. I think you will find it a significant improvement over the DFX with a much simpler user interface and many more options to create very personal settings. I have ditched all the programs built in to the V3 and have 3 programs i have been refineing for uk use which are working very well (will post tables when finished tweakin)

all the best rob

Rob,
Good to hear. I suppose in fairness the V3 was launched in the UK in the off season when everything was under crop. Now crops are off everything is dry as a bone as you say.
Hopefully we will have a field test soon.
