Why no reply to my Emails Tesoro ?

Yeah, sure, but the bottom line is that if you call you will get your answers. What should or shouldn't be doesn't change that reality.

Besides you may be asking a question that is none of your business to ask. I developed a product that sells well and get questions on how to make my product, how to price it, etc. I kindly tell them it is none of their business! Sometimes I do not even answer them, depending on the attitude of their scribblings. (email)

Kind Regards,
Steve

Casey - Great to see you monitoring the forum from Tesoro! I've never talked to you, but I've talked to several others at Tesoro and it is an extremely customer service oriented company with employees (and owner) that do their job very well.

I have always gotten GREAT service from Tesoro. Just about the only complaint you ever see in regards to Tesoro is non-response to e-mails. My suggestion would be to put up something to the effect of "call for fastest response, e-mails are only checked sporadically..." I'm sure you could word it better, but you get the idea.

A preference for phone communication isn't about younger generation, older generation as far as I'm concerned. It is about the fact that you can communicate probably 100 times more information on the phone than you can in the same amount of time through e-mails.

I wasn't going to comment but I will.

Emails, emails, emails. I was in business with my son in a mailorder company. The number of totally worthless, meanless emails is unbelieveable.
One of the rememberable was "what is the differance between a blue box and red box" Dah.

It would probaly take one or more full time employees plus benefits just to answer emails and probaly complete next to nothing in a days work.

Take a day of vacation and ask to look in on their emails for a day and I am sure you will understand.

Sorry.

Tell us what would it take to respond just as many stupid phone conversations.

Tesoro rules man! Call them! As far as emails, I am sure they get inundated and they take time to read and answer. Call them, they are the greatest! Try the other brands and see what you get. Garrett is great too. I will give credit where it is due. As far as Kellyco, now distributing, well, whatever it takes to stay in business. I would rather them do that than shut down. I still support my local dealer though, and always will. As for out of USA pricing, shipping and handling is not cheap. Thats why i dont have a european machine. shipping back for service too long and costly. But with Kellyco being so big, who knows, you may have your chance at a better price. VIVA TESORO! PROUD OWNER OF AN ELDORADO BIG BOX AND AN AMIGOII. I EVEN HAVE THIER GRANDADDY, C AND G WILDCAT, BY CRUM AND GIFFORD. THE LEGEND CONTINUES, STAY TUNE FOR THE NEXT GENERATIONS AND GREAT FINDS!.
