Why no reply to my Emails Tesoro ?

Bobby

This subject has been hashed over so many times on here before, if you want to talk to Tesoro. Just call 1-928-771-2646 and talk to a 'real' person. I hate E-Mail anytway, nobody reads them or don't care to reply. Sorry to rant......but I'm 'ol fasioned, absolutely hate typing and Like to talk to people on the phone.

Regards

Randy

Bobby-----Forget the email thing.---Call Tesoro on the phone and they WILL take care of any questions/concerns you have.-----Tesoro is a company that CARES for their customers, give them a call.------Del

Bobby

What does it take to get through to you? They don't answer E-Mails is all I know, like I said call, ask for Vince Gifford himself and ask him. He is the TopDog at Tesoro. Nobody on this forum is an insider who can answer this repetitive and boring question. I'm Done here:biggrin:

Ok I got it , Tesoro's email reply contact is a joke , no one will get a email answer then !

Are Tesoro incapable of being polite enough to reply to there customers emails .
Go figure ' obviously the email policy is beyond most ??

Stupid - silly - sad
Bobby.

Bobby------You are getting the wrong opinion of Tesoro.---I'm sorry you feel this way.----They ARE NOT impolite & they ARE an excellent company.----What more can we say?----If you don't want to call them (which is the best thing to do)----send them another email.---------Del

Bobby

One more time, Tesoro CARES.......but if you NEED to get a QUICK answer to your question..... YOU need to use the PHONE and CALL them at 1-928-771-2646. I've been a satisfied Tesoro user for over 17 years, way before the INTERNET and E-MAIL. SORRY you are having so much TROUBLE with Tesoro, but I don't see it as a problem, HECK I''ll send Ya a couple of US Dollars to help ya pay for the long distance phone bill if you are THAT broke. What few times I've had service done to a Tesoro detector..... it cost me a few dollars to ship it to them, they sent it back to me at NO charge within a couple of weeks. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man come on.... To bash even a little a company that does warranty work on their products and does not care if you are the 1st owner or 450th owner...I would say them being incapable of being polite is a tad harsh. If they come up short in an area (take the bad with the good) I believe a little slack should be given as I and most Tesoro owners are extremely grateful for all that they do. I have spoken to quite a few people there and have NEVER felt like I was a bother or below them to talk to. All it takes is one call to them ( I understand that you are far away ) and you'll regret ever feeling like they are a joke in any way shape or form.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi,
We don't ignore emails. Your email may not have a good subject line (mistaken for spam/jumk), or may be in a spam folder....we have thousands of spams as you can imagine. You can always email me directly, or call us.

Thanks Casy ,
At last I can contact you :clapping:
Did you know your dealer in Australia asks about double the US retail price for Tesoro detectors !
Yet both our dollars have the same value ! & you have a trade policy that will not let me buy direct from US dealers !

Like a response please ?

Regards Bobby .

Hi,
Yes, I am aware of this....I think you posted this price issue one our forum. I gave you my email as an avenue for discussion, meaning not on the forum. We do appreciate your concerns.

If you want to discuss pricing, you have to talk to your local independent dealer.

I was treated super nice when I called Tesoro and asked one of their techs some technical questions about a couple of their older models.

Not only does Tesoro make great detectors at a bargain prices, they also take care of their customers and stand behind their product.

Thanks Tesoro:clap:

What other company can you call and talk directly to the owner of the company??? Not very many I assure you. I have spoken to both Vince and James the few times I have called the Tesoro company for manuals etc. and they have always taken time to talk and be very helpful with questions.
Tesoro and their products are top notch in my book, so spend a few dollars and make the phone call to them.

 Hi Bobby, Well I can certainly sympathize with you. I shared with this forum recently the fact that my letters and emails both were totally ignored by Tesoro. I got heckled, lampooned and one guy even called me an "arrogant @*%$#". All I wanted was some honest answers as to why this company would ingnore someone who was preparing to spend $1,000.00 plus on new euipment. Don't get me wrong because there are a lot of nice people on this forum too and some of them even tried to understand what I was saying. The thing that gets me is that I ALWAYS got answers to my email and letters when I contacted Whites & Garrett. So people will just be people. Don't take any criticisms to heart. Your question was legitimate. Happy Hunting from RDF.

Just pick up the phone and call, I have talked with them today and they always ansewer my call's. .02

I called when I had problems with a used Cortes I bought a couple of years ago, and James was busy at the time so I left my number. He called back 10 minutes later and we chatted for 15 minutes. Forget about e-mail. Just call.

If any company offers an email address to contact them, then they should answer there email inquires. This could be a generational thing with an older customer base that historically prefers using telegraphs, oops, I mean phones. I am an international customer and email would be my preferred way of communication as it gives me a running dialogue that is not constrained by time zones and can be referred to at a later date . I use and have used this way of communication with many company's, national and international, some with real time chat support. If Tesoro wishes to court a younger generation of users who's major way of communication is email and text, it makes sense to start answering it's emails and or provide a toll free number for international customers.
Forum members are screaming USE THE PHONE but I feel they should be saying to Tesoro ANSWER YOUR EMAILS please.
In this day and age it is a grave mistake to ignore potential and returning customers by not answering email inquires from a world wide customer base in different time zones and using language translator programs to communicate :canadaflag:eah.
