Who uses the M6 and 6T?

The M6 is a remake of the MXT minus the relic mode now the M6 has 7 tone mode has a vdi and depth indicator and auto tracking and power to boot plus the coil options.
I use the M6 and it will clean house when it comes to coin shooting. I have a DFX its a great MD but find my self reaching for my M6 so far i have found 10" deep silver quarter one silver ring
clad out the wazoo cw button oh ya one gold tooth in a soccer field creeped me out. So don't over look the M6 for power,coil options,7 tone mode,beach mode,auto track, and VDI hope this helps

so with the M6 which I am going to get. Is the larger coil used for relic hunting and is the M6 good for relic with the larger coil and better coin hunter with the smaller coil?

In relic hunting you dig almost every target. So you want to use a big coil to get deeper. In coin hunting you usually use discrimination to cut out the iron. Typically a smaller coil is used so a coin & iron are not under the coil at the same time. The iron can cancel out the coin. Usually Iron is the only thing I discriminate. But the bad targets under the coil at the same time as coins also applies to pull tabs & foil & bottle caps. If you use no discrimination in coin hunting GO BIG COIL.
