Who makes (a good) shielded coil(s) for Whites DFX/MXT?

I was ask to find a prop. pin in a guy's back yard and my Bandido ll u max went nut's, but my XLT was not bothered..There was a big elect. transformer in the back yard. The 10 Freq of the Tesoro and the Freq of 6.59 of the XLT.
Good Luck & HH.

I don't know if you have the 4X6 DD for the Dfx, but it's a good one. I could turn the sens. up real high around power lines and in tough ground and it treated me good. The Excellerator 5" was the same way and had better depth, but sh%# the bed like the Excellerator 14" did. I only know of the 4x6. The DFX forum is a good place to check out. Ron from NH, Larry, Desmond, etc are a good group and may help out better than I. I haven't been following up on the new coils lately.

post another story for whites and see if they will send you one. The guide they give you is not the only gear you can use a gift certificate on. So I've heard. :)

It is a great coil for cherry picking coins in parks and such. But it lacks any serious depth. I had one on my XLT and although it is a nice coil, I ended up selling it because it's use is very limited in overall scope. The Bigfoot is not a multi-tasker.
