Hi guys and gals. I want to thank Finds T, Redbird and Larry. If your thinking of buying a whites brand detector, know that Whites will be there in the beginning and the end. If you should have any trouble or just a question to ask, the whites team is just a phone call away.Tony and Carl are two awesome guys. I had a few questions and Tony was there to help me and if you should have any trouble believe me Carl will be on top of it for you, Whites is a company that just wants their customers to be happy with what ever detector they purchase. keep up the good work Whites ....I had a problem,I called,They fix it!!!!!

I totally second that. And have to mention both Todd and Anne, as well!

When I think of White's, though, I don't just think of the people that answer the phone.

How about Wayne's Detector Sales, where I bought a used model that belonged to a customer and they gave full support and helped like I bought it straight from them. And Larry, obviously a White's dealer and a great one, helping the community that will never spend a dime at his shop?

Whites goes beyond good customer service into a culture where everybody really is focused on helping people...not just "customers." This flows from the people inside to the people who represent them in the field, and even to experts, such as Robert and Deolslyfox, and other such power-users.

Taterhead.

I cound not have put it any better Taterhead,Larry is a very nice guy,Most people do for those who did for them not Larry,I have ask a lot of question and Larry jumps in and helps, all ways answers my questions never a ill word like its in the manual read it,I think the best think is to read the manual over and over some time i get stuck as I'm sure other people do,But i know if i need help Larry is there for me,Finds T is one of the best things that ever could of happen to treasure hunting, So much information to be found here,Whites you just could not find a better company to deal with,I had some trouble with my detector I made a post Carl from whites must have read the post jump in we try some stuff and in the end said im sending you out a new detector,He could have said send me your detector and let us take a look at it but instead of making me lost out on a few good hunts he is sending it out Monday what more could a customer as for in a company....I would like to mention Richard @ backwoods detector sales he is all so a nice guy,I did a trade with him a wile back and know he lost money on the deal ,These people or out to help people no hurt them in any way and that is what it should be about people helping people,Like you Threadhead you jump in and gave me a few good pointers i have never spoken with you before that, Not looking to gain anything just looking to help.I say it all the time there or a few good people left in the world and most of them or here on Finds T....THANKS TO ALL...GREG M.
