Whites customer service is the best.

I posted a thread about the new 5.3 eclipse coil I bought thinking it was bad. I called Whites and talked to Mary. She asked me some questions about the coil and then said they would ship me out a new one with a return label to send the bad one back. She took my word on everything. That is what I call customer service. Thanks Mary and Whites.

I won't elaborate here, but have to say that Whites was amazing with me over time. Yes, I did have the exact same thing happen with one coil, after calling Mary, round trip with RMA# in action. All those guys in CS at Whites are special IMO. One negative is the fact that the failure rates on their coils seem high. Super fast service though! martin
