Took the V3 out yesterday down at the Jersey Shore and came up with a bunch of targets! My brother and I hit a 50'x50' patch that prodouced 101 wheat pennies (some as far back as 191:geek: along with coins from several other countries. We pulled coins from a Hong Kong $10 piece, Canada, Cayman Islands, France, Israel, Germany, Carabbiean Islands... Bro pulled 88 wheats, including a Natzi German 10 Reichspfennig (it actually has a swastika on it). Link to pics

I was using the stock Salt Beach prgoram with a few adjustments...I had the RX at 14, and put the recovery speed to about 45 and let her rip.

Here are some pics of my coins...I found 23 wheats, 1952 50 Francs, 1969 10 New Pence, 1995 East Caribbean State, 1963 Israeli 1/2 Lira and some Italian coin.

Fantastic finds from the Jersey Shore............

It was wild...it had to be a wishing well spot or something. It was pretty amazing, at one point my brother thought he had a hole in his finds pouch and they kept dropping out or something. There was a target every 1-2 feet, but was really shocked us is that they were all wheat pennies. And another strange thing...no silver.

Somebody probably stole someones coin collection ,kept the silver coins and threw away the pennies and the foreign coins, those coins were in too good of condition to be in the sand any length of time.
Nice finds !!!
