WHAT'S YOUR DEEPEST FIND IN PRO MODE?

Deepest coin for the old guy is a dime at about 10" right after a pretty good rain. I rarely dig anything greater than 6".

I honestly believe most all of my best finds, that's gold jewelry, silver rings and silver coins have been 4" or less. What do the rest of you
Folks say? Is that pretty much true?

I have found 2 old half dollars in the last month and they we both about 2" down.

I pulled a 1821 Louis XVIII royal franc out at 12+inch's from a field. It was a very weak tone with no VDI one direction but when I made a 1/4 turn the VDI flashed 91 quick. It was questionable but decided to dig it anyway and glad I did. It's about the size of a silver dollar and I believe that's why it picked it up. The same field I have also found a 1827 LC, a 1853 LC, a 185? LC, a 1831 Half penny from the UK, and a 1837 Hardship Token all between 6-10 inch's. I have also pulled Barber dimes out of parks and old homes at 8 inch's.

I'm getting silver dimes at 7 & 8 inches, a seated quarter at 8" in sites I thought were cleaned out. I am very impressed with the AT Pro. A couple of my tools have rulers notched on them.

Ditto

The deepest target I've dug was a junk bracelet at 12" in very moist soil. That said, I don't usually dig targets that deep anymore unless I'm in the woods - too much dirt and unwanted attention.

I found a 1956 wheat over 12" deep on edge in bone dry rocky soil in my backyard , pro zero mode 35 iron disc. I only got a solid coin tone no target id till I dug down a few inches .
