I would like to thank everyone who responded to my question about Tesoro and just wanted to see what some of the earlier features made the these detectors stand out in the crowds and why such a good following with a brand name. Thanks again.
 
Nothing special about Tesoro any more,dont use the machines as they dont do want i want from a detector,if i am looking for a trip down memory lane then i may take one of my old machines out for a few hours,apart from that i tend to use more modern design detectors that do a far better job for my needs.

Its a shame but thats the way technology has moved on.
 
Hey Mega, it is too bad but I'm with you. If I want to take a trip down memory lane, I'll put a brown lunch bag over my meter!
