what was your first Tesoro

The compadre was my first Tesoro and to this day remains my favorite detector. I have found so many goodies with it. 4 years later since that 1st hunt and it has paid for itself at least 20 times over its original cost. Not to mention the soreness in my jaw from grinning so much at what it finds in the hunt. If I had the means I would try to own every Tesoro ever made. Having a wish list never hurt anyone, right? Keep swinging the Tesoros and posting the finds. Good luck and happy hunting.

C & G Wild Cat, Lobo Super Traq, Compadre.
The C & G and the Compadre have gone but the LST lives on.
I purchased the LST not long after the first release and it has never faltered after a great many hours of use in almost all weather and ground conditions imaginable.

Vaquero.

35 or so years ago, a friend introduced me to hunting and I bought a compass. Did ok but work, family and hours caused me to park it in the garage. Retired years ago and the same friend moved to my town. Bought a used Eldorado and the rest is history. 6 months later my first gold ring. I will buy another old one when I see one. My goto machine. Gold with good diamonds a little while ago and another gold last week.
Cheers
Doc
