What type of hammer is this?

Again, its a lug nut adjuster on a seven prong liver scratcher …..🤔😂😂
 
I have dug three over the last fifty years and they are still on the work bench and are used as hammers but Laplander is correct fore runner to the pipe wrench
 
Both are right it is a hammer and wrench, not sure of it's real name but here in WV we called it a ford wrench. Attached is pictures of the one I had in my tool bag.
