I been thinking of a new one but have not really made my mind up on any. Maybe a G2 or the newer styles Gold Bug. Just got an F44 a buddy gave me a great deal on. So how about some of you?? Which one you have your eyes on??

AT Max. Bought and paid for and waiting patiently for its arrival.:detecting:

Really only two detectors I have yet to try. The Impact, F75 DST and the AT MAX. I'm pretty comfortable with what I have now but I'm always looking to improve.

time machine I think. Too hell with digging them---I'll just go back & buy them by the roll from the mint.
1916 SL quarters, 19/17 nickles & quarters, 1916D Mercs...........a long list guys. :beers:

When I got back into the detecting hobby, I got a new machine about every three yrs, on average. I made sure I learned it, and it's capabilities very well before thinking about a different one.

I'm happy with what I've got. At this point the only reason I would get a new one, is if it provides an exceptional capability none of my other machines have.

I enjoy looking over all the new stuff coming out. I'm most interested in seeing what Dave Johnson and crew at First Texas are up to.

None, have a Racer 2 and Fors Core. They will do everything I need them to do now and in the future. If Makro comes out with a waterproof machine, I prob will get that. Have some places I could play around in on those hot July/Aug summer days.

Sounds good to me John!----Me, I've got a Fors Relic coming--supposed to be here tomorrow.------I may need it like I need another hole in the head but I'm getting it!----------Del

I am getting tired of walking for two our three miles of beach finding clad coins. I want a machine that I can take to the beach and it goes detecting while I sit in the shade and sip a cool beverage When it finds a gold ring it then comes back and gets me to come do the digging.

Until then I guess I am stuck with what I have. I do not get too excited about new products as I have seen too many products that did not live up to the hype that is put out before the product is released.

Well heck Del, ya might as well order a new Impact too....that way you can have the whole Nokta/Makro line of machines :beers:

Man, that sounds like the best deal of all George.----Let me know when you get that detector---I want one of 'em to.------Save wear & tear on my ole right hip to.-----We'd still get to be a (small) part of the process--best of both worlds!;)[

I would Gregg but I don't think I'm smart enough to run it!
