What is this?

Went out to an old house in the neighborhood today, Sunday morning.
Found the usual junk and some clad plus two toy cars. The only thing
interesting was this: looks like a token of some kind. I don't think
its kid's money. This is to heavy. Token for a Pool Hall or Swiming pool?

I wonder how old it is? With all those stars circling it it could be from the 1900's? Maybe the 1930's?
