What is this i found dead on a field

Please excuse my lack of knowledge of animals , but i found this laying dead on a detecting spot. Is it a rat or a mole ?

Nutria? Muskrat?
 
Looks like a muskrat look at back feet are they webbed muskrats travel in the spring looking for mates can find them anywhere . sube

It looks like a water vole to me.
