What Findmall sponsors will be selling the Outlaw?

I see Kellyco has it online, but no one else seems to have it on their websites.

Treasure mountain detectors is taking pre-orders.

Reilly's is in Pompano Beach,a stones throw from you, small Mom and Pop store. Oh my goodness.

Also, I tried my local dealer for another brand and he said his service was so good that he didn't have to discount.
I have purchased from Kellyco, but I have purchased from other dealers who were alot smaller. HH

I'm sure most other dealers will do the same soon, or offer them when they receive their supplies.

Giving discounts on Tesoro is prohibited by Tesoro and is a very big NO NO...

The price that is published is the price that you will pay from any dealer that wants to keep dealing in Tesoro.

We have them for Pre Order as I am sure you know...

Man I'm not looking for a discount. I'm just trying to see who will have it in stock for the $551 or whatever it is. I run my own business and give my customesr the best price I can, but it's the same for everybody.

Same reason the Cibola is $361.25 I reckon.

I understand that manufacturers can legally specify that their dealers cannot advertise below a certain price.

But telling dealers they can't actually sell the unit for less than a certain price violates free trade laws. How does Tesoro get away with that?

You're asking the wrong person that one for sure but I hear you loud and clear... This is how it is with Tesoro and so we do not question it as we value the product line, especially since we just got it back. We are not going to rock that boat...

Tesoro is not in violation of any free trade laws because in their dealer agreement they stipulate what the lowest price can be for a particular detector. If a dealer doesn't agree to that-fine. They just won't be selling Tesoro detectors. Tesoro wants a level playing field. And apparently Kellyco is not allowed to give anything away with Tesoros, because they don't like they do with other detectors. Not that most of the freebees are worth having. No offense to Kellyco, but when I buy from them I always tell them that I don't want the freebees. Generally not worth the postage I have to pay, although for some reason if they give away their pinpointer it's a quick sell on ebay.

It doesn't seem logical to me that any price fixing agreement between a manufacturer and its dealers would supercede antitrust laws.

But since the agreement has been in place and unchallenged for a long time, I guess I'm wrong.

I would have been a lousy lawyer...

If you do the math. Most Tesoro dealers sell for about 15% off of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail. For the Outlaw package deal, if you subtract the 2 extra coils and lower rods (assuming the new DD 12X10 will be same price as the old concentric one) subtract it from the $649. You get $367 for the detector. Take 15% off and you are getting the new detector in the package for about $311.00. Just barely more than a new Silver uMax. All Brand New and all with a Lifetime Warranty. Seems like a smoking deal on the package to me.

Well I'm no expert in math but if the detector sells for 551 and you take away 144 for the 10x12 and 79 for the 5 3/4, then you get the detector for 328 with the donut coil. Pretty good deal as far as I'm concerned.

Or if your a El Dorado owner like myself you can just NOT waist your money buying the same freaking detector and support another company who actually comes out with new detectors and not old detectors with a pretty red button that is pointless IMO, because Tesoro's already pinpoint at a very high accuracy already.

Agreed--if I could get my hands on a nice Eldorado I probably wouldn't bother with the Outlaw. The Eldorado is probably the best detector that Tesoro ever made.
