What are your "goals" for 2011

I have been working on getting my scuba gear together. My goal is to spend as much time I can underwater this year.

I just need to know what competition is out there. :) Naturally, a lot of our 'goals' are going to be closely tied to the area where we live and detect the most. Smaller little towns Vs bigger cities, for example, can make a lot of difference in coin counts and such.

My personal goals for this year are
50 silver coins----I know some of you break this mark every year even 100 or 200+ I have not been able to do it yet
25 gold rings or jewelry pieces-- i got a new mxt just for this purpose
100 dollars in clad coins
1 troy ounce raw gold prospecting.
I live in the pacific north west. not much population in my area until the 1930's.

If you plan to get only $100 in clad but still hit the 25 gold rings & jewelry, you must have some good jewelry-loss sites to work.

This year, if all goes well and I can get a decent settlement and retie by mid-May, then I can concentrate on more potential silver coin producing sites. For now, with mainly urban hunting at hand, my goals will be different than last year's, and I'll have to work at it harder.

My 2011 Goals are:

A minimum of 100 US Silver Coins. I don't include the lower-quantity "War Nickels" in the mix, just silver 3

as much as I have in my first two years at it. I'm fortunate to live in an old area as far as US History goes and have been amazed with what I'm learning and finding.

To swing 60 days this year, inclucding prospecting. And take someone out and introduce them to MDing.

Above all else, I want a good relic & coin return from a turn of the century site that has eluded me for years.:detecting:
