Hey, great idea Elson....we have a "Polar Bear Club" up here where participants run into the feeezing water and then back out again... just for the invigorating experience....I was thinking of joining that club.
Seriously , if there is no wind, and the sun is shining, and one is dressed appropriately, 19* is not a problem......for me , anyway. I'm used to it.
