Went out on s very cold day and only lasted about 30 min.

Short cold hunt. After doing some test beds in my back yard, found out that deep targets will not give you true VDI #s. If on the beach using the new 1.17 update, dig all your signals in the wet. I think that all detectors will do that.

Hi SSS, Is the ground frozen? Here in KY. it is going to be 49 on tue. I think i am going to see how hard it is. I don't like to hunt when it is very cold.

Hi, the ground is not frozen, the temperature was about 29 degrees, could not feel my finger tips to use my pinpointer or controls on my legend even with some gloves, had to go to get warmed up. 😬🤨
