Well the Eccelerator coil arrived late this afternoon but didn't get a chance to use it yet and it is a drop dead gorgeous day with temp hovering just

today was Momma's hair and nail day so I've spent most of the day loading and unloading her in and out of bed, in and out of her wheelchair, in and out of the van, and in and out of the beauty shop, and then fix supper, and I'm pooped. So I'm going to give it hell tomorrow. Got the DD coil mounted on the 250 and ready to go hit some soccer fields and playgrounds on the other side of town. Here the other side of town is 25 miles away. :) Hope my luck is better than it has been and I can get a decent field test on this coil. It's a bit heavier than the stock coil so won't be as easy for this old fart to swing. Weighs close to three pounds so hope it don't wear my old body out. :) Will keep everyone posted on my progress..

I was wondering about this coil....Keep us posted...:twodetecting:
 
Coil is fantastic on the Ace 250 and about the easiest to pinpoint I ever used, Here a video I made of how to pinpoint right to the tip of the coil.

Just swing it side to side till highest reading then pull bar till 1 bar showing and bam target at tip of coil every time.

What size coil did you have on your machine before? I am curious to know how much of a difference the EXcellerator will make over the factory coil.
