Well, me sons, ye young whippersnappers, Ma has finally hit the BIG "70" and she feels every bit of it! :heh: God Bless!

I processed medical claims from the Synod members and it was a busy time doing so! I used to be a night bookkeeper at St. John's Mercy Hospital in the 60's before I had to quit when Tami was due to be born in 68! I liked bookkeeping and worked in the Financial Department. Sr. Mary Aquin was my supervisor. I really liked her and all the nuns that I knew! I worked every other night from 6:00 PM until I was finished posting the patients' ledgers which was the wee hours of the morning depending upon how many patients there were and how many bills each one had for that day!

God Bless!

My Stepdad turned 81 yrs young on the 22nd July. He's as healthy as a horse. It's due to eating lots of fruit. I think he'll outlive me. I'm starting to show some high blood pressure. Gotta go to the doc on Thursday. Take care and eat lots of broccoli. They say it will cure anything. Lot's of vitamins.
